Striker back in training after groin surgery
Queens Park Rangers striker Heidar Helguson is hoping to make his return from injury against Arsenal this weekend.
The Iceland international has been out of action since the end of January with a niggling groin problem.The 34-year-old was forced to undergo surgery and the striker has been sorely missed by QPR with the Loftus Road outfit dropping into the bottom three in his absence.Helguson
has returned to training and he is now hoping to be involved for the visit of in-form Arsenal
on Saturday.
